One Day Taxi: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to One Day Taxi. Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions before using our services. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment

• Advance Booking: All bookings should be made in advance to ensure availability.
• Payment Terms: Full payment must be made prior to the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed. Payment can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 24 hours before the trip will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 20%.

2. Service Inclusions

• Our pricing includes vehicle rental, fuel charges, tolls, and driver expenses, unless specifically mentioned.
• Additional charges may apply for parking fees, state taxes, or extra kilometers beyond the pre-agreed limits.

3. Vehicle Usage

• Vehicles are provided in good working condition, clean, and sanitized.
• Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period due to negligence or misconduct.

4. Driver and Safety

• Our drivers are professionals with valid licenses and have undergone background checks.
• Seat belts must be worn by all passengers for their safety.
• The driver holds the right to refuse unsafe or illegal routes and/or behaviors during the trip.

5. Changes in Schedule

• Any changes to the original booking, including pickup location, route, or time, must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability.
• Additional charges may apply for changes to the route or the duration of the trip.

6. Delays and Responsibility

• One Day Taxi will not be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or any other factors beyond our control.
• We ensure timely service but recommend allowing buffer time for unexpected delays.

7. Liability

• One Day Taxi will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the trip.
• Passengers are advised to take care of their belongings.

8. Force Majeure

• In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseeable circumstances, One Day Taxi reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip without liability.

9. Termination of Service

• One Day Taxi reserves the right to terminate services if passengers are found to be engaging in illegal activities or causing harm to the vehicle or driver.
